I am very interested in this topic and found your information very helpful but had a question. When a sleep er is in stage 4 of non-REM sleep, after stage for you said he/she can go back to stage 2 or 3 then into REM sleep?

I'm Kevin Morton, the creator of DIRA.com, and I just wanted to thank you for your kind guestbook entry the other day. It's so wonderful to hear that it is useful for you and serving its purpose.
I made that site last year for Dr. Dement's Sleep and Dreams class at Stanford University, and as humble as it is at the moment I was quite pleasantly surprised to receive your comment.
I also wanted to let you know too that I'm actually in the midst of leading a team right now in redesigning and adding a whole bunch of new content to the site. So in a few months you should be able to really even get a whole lot more out of it. I'll let you know when it's been revamped.

Have no fear, there is a cure! However, there is only ONE. Sleep! This often times gets difficult in our busy lives, but anything helps. Naps are great. Anything to lower your sleep debt, improve your sleep homeostasis, and have you feeling more alert and energetic. But again, only sleep can fix this.
I'm curious to know from what application you read about this on?
